Awilco AS has on 25th October 2022 acquired 74.061 shares in BioFish Holding AS
at a price of NOK 5.98 per share. Awilco AS holds 1.419.769 shares,
corresponding to 10.6% of the number of outstanding shares in BioFish Holding
AS. 

Awilco AS is a company closely related with Terje Fatnes, member of the
Company's board of directors and primary insider in the Company.
