BioFish - Primary insiders purchase of shares


Ole Fredrik Skulstad has on July 25th acquired 5.000 shares in Biofish Holding
AS at a price of NOK 1,10. Mr. Skulstad is the operational manager of BioFish
AS, the operational company which is owned 100 percent of BioFish Holding AS. 

Ole Fredrik Skulstad holds in total privately 1.668.594 shares.

Ole Fredrik Skulstad is the brother of Torbjørn Skulstad which is the majority
owners of Monaco Invest AS/ BioFish Aquafarm AS which controls a total number of
shares of 5.727.410.
