Holding AS at a price of NOK 11,-. BioFish Aquafarm holds 27.410 shares after
the purchased.


BioFish Aquafarm AS is 100 percent controlled by the primary insiders Torbjørn
Skulstad and Morten Harsvik. Both Mr. Skulstad and Mr. Harsvik have a total
number of shares of 3.2 million each in their respective holding companies Yme
Fish AS and Monaco Invest AS.
