BioFish - Primary insiders purchase of shares
Reference is made to the stock exchange notice from BioFish Holding AS
("BioFish" or the "Company") on 12 January 2023 regarding a contemplated private
placement and various other share offerings, including an employee offering of
up to 2,000,000 new shares (the "Offer Shares") in the Company (the "Employee
Offering") at a subscription price of NOK 1 per share (the "Offer Price").
The primary insiders purchase of shares has happen on 3rd March:
- Ralf Kröckel (Operational Manager of BioFish AS) has purchased 250.000 shares
and holds in total 250.000 shares
- Ole Fredrik Skulstad (General Manager of BioFish AS) has purchased 1.630.000
shares
- Torbjørn Skulstad (CEO of BioFish Holding AS) has purchased 100.000 shares
Ole Fredrik Skulstad holds in addition privately 33.594 shares and 13.930 shares
through 40 percent investments in Hexatechr. Mr. Skulstad is the operational
manager of BioFish AS, the operational company which is owned 100 percent of
BioFish Holding AS.
Ole Fredrik Skulstad is the brother of Torbjørn Skulstad which is majority
owners of Monaco Invest AS/ BioFish Aquafarm AS which controls a total number of
shares of 5.727.410.
Elisabeth Arnesen (Partner of Tor Haldorsen has purchased 76.384 shares in the
subsequent offering and holds in total 78.884 shares.

About Biofish:
Biofish is a land-based producer of smolt - juvenile fish destined for
aquaculture facilities. The company's production takes place in its production
facilitiy in Kvam on the Norwegian west coast, using a Recirulating Aquaculture
