BIOFISH HOLDING AS – Primary insiders purchase of shares

Odfjell Land AS has on 28 November 2024 acquired in 500,000 shares in Biofish Holding AS at a price of NOK 1,101 per share. Odfjell Land AS is a related party of Biofish Holding AS Board member Kjetil Grønskag.

Odfjell Land AS owns 13,234,686 shares and 2,400,000 warrants in Biofish Holding AS, after this transaction.
