Reference is made to the stock exchange notice from Biofish Holding AS (the
"Company") on 13 February 2024 regarding a second exercise period (the "Second
Exercise Period") of the warrants (the "Warrants") issued from placements in
2023.
 
The Company received subscriptions for 13,406,423 new shares by exercise of
Warrants during the Second Exercise Period (the "New Shares"). The share capital
increase pertaining to the issuance of the New Shares has been registered with
the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret).
Following this, the Company's registered share capital is NOK 101,735,058
divided into 101,735,058 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1.
