BIOFISH HOLDING AS: Last day of the subscription period in the subsequent
offering
Reference is made to the stock exchange notice from BioFish Holding AS
("BioFish" or the "Company") on 15 February 2023 regarding the launch of a
subsequent offering of up to 15,000,000 new shares (the in the Company at a
subscription price of NOK 1 per share (the "Subsequent Offering").
The subscription period for the Subsequent Offering (the "Subscription Period")
will expire today, 28 February 2023 at 16:30 hours (CET).
Correctly completed subscription forms must be received by the manager of the
Subsequent Offering, Fearnley Securities AS (the "Manager") before the end of
the subscription period. Subscription Rights that are not used to subscribe for
offer shares in the Subsequent Offering before the expiry of the Subscription
Period will have no value and will lapse without compensation to the holder.
