Ljones,12 August 2024: Reference is made to the warrants (the "Warrants") issued by Biofish Holding AS (the “Company”) from placements in 2023, and the notice on 8 July 2024 in connection with the commencement of a third exercise period (the “Third Exercise Period”), during which holders of Warrants could subscribe for new shares in the Company at a price of NOK 1.20. The Third Exercise Period ended on 9 August 2024 and no Warrants were exercised during this period. The next exercise period will be in January 2025.
