Ljones, 8 July 2024: Reference is made to the warrants (the "Warrants") issued in connection with the private placement completed by Biofish Holding AS (the “Company”) in January 2023 (the "Private Placement") and the subsequent offering (the "Subsequent Offering") and resolved by the extraordinary general meeting of the Company held on 23 January 2023.

Shareholders that have been allocated Warrants have the third opportunity to exercise the Warrants in the period starting on 8 July 2024 and expiring on 9 August 2024 (the "Third Exercise Period"). 

A letter describing the process, including the exercise notice form, is being sent to each holder of Warrants.
