Bank. For our capital-intensive industry its important to attract debt financing
at competitive conditions.

With this planned bank financing, BioFish has completed its two important
milestones for its capital structure. This is achieved through our previously
new equity raised of 150.5 mNOK and now with the drawdown of long-term bank
financing of 60 mNOK at Collector Bank. The bank loan is a 3-year instrument
with 15 years profile with competitive terms as earlier announced and disclosed
